| dc.description.abstract | Para la realización de este trabajo de campo teníamos que tener en cuenta que debía estar dentro del marco conceptual de los planes departamentales de salud, según La Resolución 425 de 2008 en su artículo 2º define: “El Plan de Salud Territorial es equivalente al plan sectorial de salud de los departamentos, distritos y municipios. Por este motivo no se podía escoger cualquier tema, por esta razón decidimos todos los integrantes del equipo de trabajo del grupo 252828_35 como tema la Hipertensión Arterial; siendo este un gran problema de salud a nivel global, con características de ser una enfermedad silenciosa y que a todos nosotros nos puede afectar a cualquier edad. La Hipertensión Esencial Primaria puede desencadenar en: Enfermedad Cerebro Vascular (ACV), Infarto Aguado del Miocardio, Insuficiencia Cardiaca, Enfermedad Cardiaca Hipertensiva y Accidente Vascular Encefálico como Hemorrágico o Isquémico. Todas estas enfermedades dejan secuelas en los pacientes y en la mayoría de los casos causando la muerte. Todos los conocimientos basados en las informaciones estadísticas sobre este trabajo en Hipertensión me dejo un amplio conocimiento, para de esta manera poder aplicarlos en la vida laboral como Regente de Farmacia como integrante de un grupo interdisciplinario en la orientación del paciente; como por ejemplo en educación continua. Todos los Regentes de Farmacia tenemos la obligación de convertirnos en multiplicadores en la información a todos los pacientes con factores de riesgo, también los pacientes con terapia o medicamentos antihipertensivo cumplan con las dosis que el galeno indica en la receta, ya que el paciente hipertenso que no controle la hipertensión puede afectar la visión y el riñón para convertirse en paciente dializado, complicando aun más el estado de salud y calidad de vida del mismo. | spa |

The Essential Primary Hypertension can unleash in: Disease Vascular Brain (ACV), Watery Heart attack of the Myocardium, Cardiac Insufficiency, Cardiac Hypertensive Disease and Vascular Encephalic as(like) Hemorrhagic Accident or Isquémico. All these diseases leave sequels in the patients and in most cases causing the death. All the knowledge based on the statistical information about this work in Hypertension I leave a wide knowledge myself, hereby to be able to apply them in the labour life as Regent of Drugstore as member of an interdisciplinary group in the orientation of the patient; since (as, like) for example in constant education. All the Regents of Drugstore we have the obligation to turn into multipliers into the information to all the patients with factors of risk, also the patients with therapy or medicines antihypertensive expire with the doses that the physician indicates in the recipe, since the hypertense patient who should not control the hypertension can affect the vision and the kidney to turn into patient dializado, complicating furthermore(moreover) the bill(state) of health and quality of life of the same one. | spa |
