| dc.description.abstract | En estos momentos donde la logística tiene una importancia en nuestro país, en el estudio del caso se verá la competencia que se tiene en el sector floricultor con el primer país que las exporta que es Holanda, cuales son los principales manejos que se tienen en el Supply Chain y los retos que se tienen para poder así mismo tener un análisis de cual estrategia que sirve para este mercado a nivel nacional e internacional, de igual manera se dará una posible red de procesos dados por el grupo de trabajo para así poder aplicar lo aprendido en el diplomado de profundización en Supply Chain Management y Logística como opción de grado de la Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial de la UNAD. | spa |
