dc.description.abstractToda empresa busca crecer en el mercado y posicionarse, para ello desde hace mucho tiempo el mercado ha venido evolucionando y por ende nace la necesidad de fortalecer e implementar el SG-SST, donde se garantice el desarrollo de las competencias y formación de los empleados, que estos se encuentren motivados y se sientan a gusto con la labor realizada, donde se proteja su integridad física, mental y social, ya que al presentarse un accidente laboral o una enfermedad se interfiere negativamente en el desarrollo normal de las actividades disminuyendo la productividad y la estabilidad, lo que generara situaciones problema en los ámbitos familiar, personal y social, por ende la empresa debe encontrar las medidas necesarias para preservar un ambiente sano y seguro para los trabajadores que genere fidelización con su plan de mejoramiento.spa
