| dc.description.abstract | En este caso de estudio abordamos desde un contexto general las diferentes variables que hacen parte de este proceso desde la perspectiva de la norma ISO 14001:2015, identificando así sus diferentes etapas que lo componen y los impactos generados en el ambiente los cuales sirven de insumo como punto de partida para establecer e implementar las diferentes alternativas de control dirigidas hacia la fuente de generación del impacto, su entorno y las personas, logrando así establecer los lineamientos ambientales que contribuyen a prevenir, mitigar, corregir y/o compensar estas afectaciones generadas en el ambiente causados por la problemática ambiental identificada como también a dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones establecidas por la ANH en los contratos de exploración y perforación otorgados a la empresa; por lo anterior el alcance de nuestro caso de estudio está delimitado para aquellas actividades en las cuales hemos identificado que la organización no evidencia muestra objetiva del cumplimiento de controles ambientales o los existentes se pueden fortalecer. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the case of study we will approach from a general context the different variables that are part of this process from the perspective of the ISO 14001: 2015 standard, identifying its different stages that compose it and the impacts generated in the environment which serve as an input as a starting point to establish and implement the different control alternatives directed towards the generation source of the impact, its environment and the people, thus establishing the environmental guidelines that contribute to preventing, mitigating, correcting and / or compensating for these impacts generated in the environment caused by the environmental problems identified as well as to comply with the obligations established by the ANH in the exploration and drilling contracts granted to the company; Therefore, the scope of our case study is limited to those activities in which we have identified that the organization does not show objective evidence of compliance with environmental controls or that existing ones can be strengthened. | spa |
