| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the present work we relate the step by step of the consolidation of the built phases of the Social Entrepreneurship Project, where a study of the San Javier neighborhood was carried out in the 13th commune of Medellin in which the construction of a social farm was chosen for minimize unemployment and poverty and thus contribute to improving the incomes of some of the inhabitants of this area. The phases described for the fulfillment of the diploma are: phase 1- Diagnosis of the current social situation, phase 2- Definition of the social problem, phase 3- identification and actions of social innovation, phase 4- Disign Thinking business model, Phase 5- definition of marketing strategies and phase 6- Digital Marketing program. With this project, we seek to impact the high unemployment rates of this commune, which affect and give rise to other social realities such as crime, malnutrition among others. In this sense, our products have a great factor in favor and is that they are important foods and nutrients in the diet of the human being and another equally important aspect: the fertilizer processes 100% natural therefore the products are of excellent quality. It is to be acknowledged that these last two factors have taken on great value in recent years, to the point that they are demands to ship products abroad. | spa |
