| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de profundización se realizó teniendo en cuenta la información relacionada con el cáncer de mama en la ciudad de Cali, Colombia; donde se identifican diversos estudios de la incidencia y prevalencia de cáncer de mama en la población. A pesar de la gran cantidad de intervenciones realizadas para la prevención de cáncer de mama, aún la incidencia del mismo es alta lo cual incrementa la mortalidad por la misma situación. En esta investigación se determina que los factores protectores que se establen hasta el momento no han sido los mejoras por lo tanto se proponen estrategias de fortalecimiento institucional que propenda por mejorar las condiciones generales de la población. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present deepening study was carried out taking into account the information related to breast cancer in the city of Cali, Colombia; where several studies of the incidence and prevalence of breast cancer in the population are identified. Despite the large number of interventions carried out to prevent breast cancer, the incidence of breast cancer is still high, which increases mortality due to the same situation. In this research, it is determined that the protective factors that have been established so far have not been the improvements; therefore, strategies for institutional strengthening are proposed that tend to improve the general conditions of the population. | spa |
