| dc.description.abstract | En Colombia la minería es uno de los sectores productivos que más incidencias presenta en las comunidades, no solo por los ingresos económicos que deja a las regiones, sino por las serias problemáticas que genera la explotación de los diferentes minerales, problemáticas que se agravan más con la minería ilegal. Este estudio de caso se encuentra enfocado al sector minero, para lo cual se tomó como base la empresa SANOHA LTDA ubicada en el kilómetro 4 vía Sogamoso –Nobsa; el estudio permitió un análisis detallado de aspectos que tienen que ver tanto con la minería formal como informal, que afectan al sector. Se describen el contexto general del sector, la problemática y la legislación, detallando normas, artículos, aspectos técnicos y administrativos; así mismo, se realiza un análisis de las etapas de las que se compone un proyecto minero y la identificación y descripción de los aspectos e impactos ambientales que se presentan. | spa |
