| dc.description.abstract | La logística de distribución de los productos perecederos aun se encuentra en desarrollo, debido a que estas redes según el análisis del caso extraído de “Logística de distribución de productos perecederos: estudios de caso Fuente de Oro (Meta) y Viotá (Cundinamarca)” (Reina y Adarme, 2014), son administradas en su primera fase por los productores y en su segunda fase por los clientes, evidenciando que las actividades no se encuentran sincronizadas entre sí. El objetivo de este análisis es dar respuesta a las preguntas planteadas en la guía de actividades, donde se consultaron fuentes bibliográficas secundarias encontrando que no hay muchos trabajos que analicen este tema. Se concluye que en términos generales la red estructural es descentralizada y no cuenta con estándares de proceso que permitan optimizar los beneficios de los integrantes de la cadena, ya que cada actor desarrolla sus actividades de forma individual enfocados en la utilidad individual. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The logistics of distribution of perishable products are still under development, because these networks according to the analysis of the case extracted from “Logistics of distribution of perishable products: case studies Fuente de Oro (Meta) and Viotá (Cundinamarca)” ( Reina and Adarme, 2014), are managed in their first phase by the producers and in their second phase by the customers, evidencing that the activities are not synchronized with each other. The objective of this analysis is to answer the questions raised in the activity guide, where secondary bibliographic sources were consulted, finding that there are not many papers that analyze this topic. It is concluded that in general terms the structural network is decentralized and does not have process standards that allow optimizing the benefits of the members of the chain, since each actor develops his activities individually focused on individual utility. | spa |
