| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad es necesario tener conocimiento de las operaciones, procesos y demás actividades que se realizan en las Pymes, como pueden ser bien impulsadas a partir del conocimiento específico de cada uno de sus procesos a fin de detectar las falencias y cómo proceder a estandarizar en lo posible, mejorar su eficiencia; en este caso trabajaremos sobre los cuellos de botella en las industrias textiles de Colombia, analizaremos la red estructural, los puntos críticos de control y tratar de brindar respuestas y/o plantear sugerencias de cómo hacer más efectiva la operación, ver los planes que se tienen en el país respecto a la exportación de estos materiales, cuales puntos son fuertes y cuales tienen aspectos a mejorar de acuerdo a la situación económica, política y nexos internacionales actuales del país. | spa |
