| dc.description.abstract | En el documento da a conocer el contexto nacional de la transición energética en Colombia haciendo énfasis en sus avances, dificultades y oportunidades, observando sus fuentes energéticas y disponibilidad de las mimas. Se presentan las necesidades que impulsan dicha transición; así mismo se muestran las principales repercusiones económicas y ambientales, consecuencia de la explotación de hidrocarburos, además de las principales barreras institucionales, económicas, regulatorias y tecnológicas que han intervenido en la transición energética, por último, se enuncian dos proyectos de infraestructura energética como reseña de los pasos que el país ha venido desarrollando. | spa |
