| dc.description.abstract | La temática trabajada fue sobre el Manejo Integral de Residuos Sólidos para la empresa Estaco S.A., en el proyecto Buriticá del departamento de Antioquia, buscando un aprovechamiento, reutilización y transformación de los residuos sólidos. El objetivo fue diseñar un Programa de Manejo Integral de Residuos Sólidos (PMIRS) de la empresa, quien ejecuta labores dentro del proyecto Buriticá-Antioquia, en donde se implementaron acciones que permitieron identificar y mitigar las amenazas derivadas de diversos factores y que contribuyeron a la mejora continua de un ambiente saludable. La metodología se hace por medio de un diagnóstico ambiental de la empresa identificando los riesgos y aspectos negativos, la formulación de actividades de manejo integral de residuos sólidos, la implementación del Plan de Manejo Integral de Residuos Sólidos y la evaluación del proceso mediante el desarrollo de actividades programadas. Los resultados se obtienen mediante la aplicación de encuestas a los trabajadores y observación directa a los lugares de trabajo, además como soporte a los resultados obtenidos se cuenta con registro fotográfico y un conocimiento sobre el tema por parte de los trabajadores. Las principales conclusiones fueron, lograr el diseño e implementación del Programa de Manejo Integral de Residuos Sólidos en la empresa Estaco S.A., en el proyecto Buriticá-Antioquia, estableciéndolo como una herramienta importante para contribuir a la mejora continua en el bienestar de los trabajadores y la protección de los recursos naturales. | spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The theme worked was the development of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Program – PMIRS- for the Estaco S.A. company, in the Buriticá project of the Antioquia department, looking for a use, reuse and transformation of solid waste. The objectives were to design the Solid Waste Integral Management Program in the Buriticá Antioquia project, where actions were implemented that allowed identifying and mitigating the threats derived from these factors and that contributed to the continuous improvement of a healthy environment. The methodology is made through an environmental diagnosis of the company that identifies the risks and negative aspects, the formulation of integral solid waste management activities, the implementation of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan and the evaluation of the process through development of scheduled activities. The results are recorded through the application of surveys to workers and direct observation to workplaces, in addition to supporting the results obtained there is a photographic record and good knowledge on the subject by workers. The main conclusions were to achieve the design and implementation of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Program at Estaco SA, in the Buriticá-Antioquia project, establishing itself as an important tool to contribute to the continuous improvement in the well-being of workers and protection of natural resources. | spa |
