Description:	Peasant production systems - SPC - are a fundamental component for the development of local economies through employment generation, gender inclusion, security and food sovereignty. The research evaluates the perceived benefit of agricultural producers through associativity in SPCs in the Province of Sumapaz, under strategic elements of competitiveness, through economic, social and productive indicators. The SPCs were selected from 80 farms distributed in the municipalities that make up the province. Additionally, characteristics such as: land tenure, sources of income, participation in associative groups and sources of financing were considered. Therefore, the degree of importance in assessing associativity is derived from adding the indicators: Productivity, Equity, Stability, Reliability, Adaptability, and Self-management. The results allowed to characterize 20 SPCs, evidencing the use of productive practices to generate an increase in the quantity, quality and frequency of the products and an increase in income, which they use to adapt infrastructure, purchase of technology, raw materials and inputs. Likewise, the degree of associativity of 5 prioritized SPCs was determined, within which 3 SPCs showed higher rates of 70%, giving rise to benefits to the community, which shows that production is not dependent on the use of external inputs, there is an increase in productivity per unit area, through the adoption and dissemination of technologies. In conclusion, there is a great advance regarding the acceptance of associativity among SPCs, their inclusion and integration demonstrate productive and commercial alternatives that are favorable to respond to the challenges and opportunities of the regional market. Introducción: Los sistemas de producción campesina – SPC- son un componente fundamental para el desarrollo de economías locales a través de la generación de empleo, inclusión de género, seguridad y soberanía alimentaria. La investigación evalúa el beneficio percibido de los productores agropecuarios a través de la asociatividad en los SPC en la Provincia del Sumapaz, bajo elementos estratégicos de competitividad, mediante indicadores económicos, sociales y productivos. Metodología: Los SPC fueron seleccionados de 80 fincas distribuidas en los municipios que conforman la provincia. Adicionalmente, se consideraron características como: tenencia de tierra, fuentes de ingreso, participación en grupos asociativos y fuentes de financiación. Por lo cual, el grado de importancia para evaluar la asociatividad se deriva de sumar los indicadores: Productividad, Equidad, Estabilidad, Confiabilidad, Adaptabilidad, y Autogestión. Resultados: 20 SPC, evidenciando el uso de prácticas productivas para generar un aumento de la cantidad, calidad y frecuencia de los productos e incremento de ingresos, que utilizan para adecuación de infraestructura, compra de tecnología, materia prima e insumos. Asimismo, se determinó el grado de asociatividad de 5 SPC priorizados, dentro de los cuales 3 SPC arrojaron índices superiores del 70%, suscitando beneficios a la comunidad, lo que demuestra que la producción no es dependiente del uso de insumos externos, existe un aumento en la productividad por unidad de superficie, mediante la adopción y difusión de tecnologías. En conclusión, existe un gran avance respecto a la aceptación de la asociatividad entre los SPC, su inclusión e integración demuestran alternativas productivas y comerciales que son favorables para responder a los retos y oportunidades del mercado regional.
