| spa |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Title: Business plan for the creation of a company to transform PET into new products. Authors: Yamile Torres Pérez, Marlin Yulied Lozano Sánchez Keywords: Recycling, PET, environmental impact, business plan, transformation. Description: The industrial revolution brought with it great changes that marked history and were a breakthrough in its time; if we perform a small personal analysis, "wake up, shower, eat breakfast, transport," we identify that in this small routine we find the plastic; In the modern world, the disappearance of plastic would be a setback (Lopez, 2018), with the polymers environmental pollution appeared and over time it was necessary to create new strategies such as technopolymers. Many efforts are born by the industry to mitigate and compensate for environmental pollution, reaching the circular economy where it is a challenge to create projects that motivate the use of waste to contribute to the pillars of sustainable development. This project consists in creating a business plan that presents the economic, ecological, social and environmental viability of a company specialized in the transformation of PET polyethylene terephthalate plastic into new products. To implement production and marketing in the city of Ibague; In this company a process of transformation of PET plastic bottles to a type of resin would be carried out to be able to manufacture new products from blocks, enclosures, roof trusses. Its process consists of recycling the bottles, washing them, crushing them, washing them again, drying them to proceed to be melted from which small agglomerated portions come out, then they are subjected to a crystallization and poly condensation process being this a chemical reaction for polymers in this polyethylene occasion what makes it more resistant (González, 2012), we study the sector to identify marketing opportunities, viability and opportunity of the product in the city, then determine the environmental impact generated by the project on the environment, the impacts generated, a product marketing study is finally carried out to determine the financial viability of the project. | spa |
