| dc.description.abstract | Este documento presenta los resultados del trabajo de grado realizado en la modalidad de Proyecto de investigación, bajo la asesoría de la Mg. José Mauricio Sánchez Ortiz, inscrito en la línea de investigación la Educación y Desarrollo Humano de la ECEDU, y que se basó en la metodología Mixta, se realizó en dos (2) etapas: La Cuantitativa y la Cualitativa. Donde las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados en cada etapa o fase fueron los siguientes: Para la fase Cuantitativa, se utiliza la encuesta como técnica y el formulario como instrumento.
