| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto pretende bajo la guía del PMBOK, generar una alternativa de almacenamiento para la elaboración de otros co-productos aprovechando los componentes nutricionales de este producto restante derivado de la producción del queso, generando ingresos adicionales a las empresas productoras, disminuyendo el impacto ambiental que genera y aportando al desarrollo regional. Esperando a futuro que esta planta de acopio entre en funcionamiento, beneficiando la comunidad boyacense, la industria quesera del municipio e implementando procesos de economía circular, además de generar condiciones de competitividad. | spa |
