| dc.description.abstract | La norma ISO 14001:2015 es un estándar que proporciona los requisitos para la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental y que ayuda a las empresas a controlar todos los impactos ambientales que se pueden producir durante el desarrollo de sus actividades. El presente caso de estudio busca mediante dicha norma realizar un diagnóstico de la situación ambiental actual de la empresa Trapiche Gualanday. Mediante el diagnóstico y el contexto general de la empresa se define la problemática ambiental, la cual se determina con la revisión inicial ambiental y la matriz de aspectos e impactos ambientales sobre los medios físicos, bióticos y abióticos de la empresa, teniendo en cuenta los impactos más significativos generados por la empresa se plantean programas ambientales que buscan prevenir, controlar, corregir o mitigar los impactos negativos generados durante el desarrollo de las actividades de la empresa. De acuerdo con la norma ISO 14001:2015 se definió el alcance del sistema de gestión ambiental, desde el punto de vista: cuestiones externas e internas, necesidades y expectativas de las partes interesadas del trapiche Gualanday. Al realizar el diagnóstico general de la empresa se evidencia que ésta no tiene establecido un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, pero dentro de sus procesos cuenta con programas de aprovechamiento de los subproductos de la panela, para la elaboración de compost y fertilizantes utilizados en los cultivos de caña, huertas y plantas ornamentales. | |
