| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se pretende sustentar la conformación y razón del proyecto de emprendimiento social Diverplast en el que se propone un plan de negocio en la fabricación de madera plástica para la creación de mobiliario para parques a base del reciclaje de desechos plásticos. Este proyecto busca darle solución a una de las problemáticas identificadas en la localidad barrios unidos con la falta de manejo y aprovechamiento de las basuras y de reciclaje. En el trabajo se presentan procesos y análisis sociales, productivos, innovadores, económicos, marketing, financieros y tecnológicos con el fin de identificar la sostenibilidad y sustentabilidad del proyecto pertinentes a las novedades del mercado y necesidades de la comunidad. La propuesta contribuye reducir factores de contaminación y afectación medioambiental, mejorando el manejo y aprovechamiento de residuos reciclables para mejorar el futuro social y ambiental y a su vez ofrecer un producto innovador y autosostenible para la localidad y la ciudad en general viendo el alcance del proyecto en cuanto a solución de una problemática general. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In this work it is intended to support the conformation and reason of the Diverplast social entrepreneurship project in which a business plan is proposed in the manufacture of plastic wood for the creation of furniture for parks based on recycling plastic waste. This project seeks to provide a solution to one of the problems identified in the locality of barrios unidos due to the lack of management and use of garbage and recycling. In this work social, productive, innovative, economic, marketing, financial and technological processes and analyzes are presented in order to identify the sustainability of the project relevant to market developments and community needs. The proposal contributes to reducing pollution factors and environmental impact, improving the management and use of recyclable waste to improve the social and environmental future and in turn offer an innovative and self-sustainable product for the locality and the city in general, considering the scope of the project in terms of a solution to a general problem. | |
