dc.description.abstractEl presente documento contiene la propuesta en Supply Chain Management para la compañía prestadora de servicios públicos, Veolia Aguas de Tunja, abarca la aplicación de teorías y conceptos relacionados con la red estructural de la empresa, sus miembros, dimensiones estructurales y vínculos de procesos que presentan desde la óptica de la construcción de la SCM. Capítulo a capítulo se describirá la importancia de la aplicación de cada una de las fases que conlleva la Supply Chain para que sea evaluada desde la óptica de los beneficios que puede obtener una compañía al ser incluida en la mencionada cadena de valor.
