| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo de la relación del regente farmacia con la farmacovigilancia relata temas como las generalidades de la farmacovigilancia, métodos de farmacovigilancia, programas de farmacovigilancia en Colombia, los eventos adversos, el que hacer farmacéutico y la relación que tiene con la farmacovigilancia y la evaluación de seguridad y efectividad de los tratamientos farmacológicos donde en este último tema nos enfocamos en el uso, efectividad y seguridad de la enfermedad de abiraterona en cáncer de próstata tomado del ejemplo estudio realizado del análisis en la respuesta y la seguridad de la abiraterona en una población de un hospital de tercer nivel . Teniendo en cuenta el tema a tratar se puede definir la farmacovigilancia como la encargada de vigilar la eficacia y seguridad de los medicamentos, donde el farmacéutico tiene un papel muy importante en este programa de la farmacovigilancia para transmitir, educar a la comunidad sobre el uso adecuado de los medicamentos. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work of the reviews of the topic seen during the diploma course, relates topics such as the generalities of pharmacovigilance, pharmacovigilance methods, pharmacovigilance programs in Colombia, adverse events, what to do as a pharmacist and the relationship it has with pharmacovigilance and evaluation of safety and effectiveness of pharmacological treatments where in this last topic we focus on the use, effectiveness and safety of abiraterone in prostate cancer taken from the example study carried out of the analysis on the response and safety of abiraterone in a hospital population third level. Taking into account the topic to be treated, pharmacovigilance can be defined as the one in charge of monitoring the efficacy and safety of drugs, where the pharmacist has a very important role in this pharmacovigilance program to transmit, educate the community on the proper use of medications. | |
