| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto tendrá como objeto evaluar el clima organizacional de acuerdo a las encuestas aplicadas en el segundo semestre del año 2020, del personal de Vigilancia de la Inspección de Policía Nacional de Puerto Carreño; donde se mide el nivel de satisfacción de los estímulos recibidos, el trato en el equipo de trabajo y la relación entre superiores y subalternos, situaciones especiales de retiros por cansancio o rutinas que no permiten un libre desarrollo de la personalidad y avances significativos para fortalecer la situación académica de los agentes pertenecientes a esta División de la Policía, objeto de nuestro estudio. Con los resultados obtenidos después de aplicar la herramienta de medición por medio de una encuesta, se analizarán los resultados y acuerdo a los mismo se realizará un plan de mejora que se presentará al Comando de la Estación de Policía de Puerto Carreño, Vichada. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The purpose of this project will be to evaluate the organizational climate according to the surveys applied in the second semester of 2020, of the Surveillance personnel of the Puerto Carreño National Police Inspection; where the level of satisfaction of the received stimuli is measured, the treatment in the work team and the relationship between superiors and subordinates, special situations of retreats due to fatigue or routines that do not allow a free development of the personality and significant advances to strengthen the academic situation of the agents belonging to this Police Division, object of our study. With the results obtained after applying the measurement tool by means of a survey, the results will be analyzed and an improvement plan will be made according to the same, which will be presented to the Command of the Puerto Carreño Police Station, Vichada. | |
