dc.descriptionLos Derechos Humanos de las personas pueden ser afectados al no incluir las TIC’s para mejoras en su ámbito jurídico, un ejemplo, es el testamento ológrafo, atendiendo que en su concepción, puede limitar a las personas por sus requerimientos jurídicos, físicos, técnicos, lo que es discriminatorio y además, deja sin seguridad jurídica a quien lo emplee, alejándose de las expectativas de la sociedad de la información actual, por lo cual, se pretende ubicar la modalidad electrónica, señalando que con sus ventajas, puede ser tomado este testamento con mayor impacto al que ha tenido desde hace mas de dos siglos.es-ES
