| dc.description.abstract | Mediante la pasantía y el acompañamiento al servicio de extensión rural de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros, en la fase de beneficio de cafés especiales, se realizaron actividades que se desarrollaron en el municipio de San Lorenzo, corregimiento de Santa Marta, enmarcadas en el programa transferencia de tecnología, en temas específicos relacionados con el beneficio del café con una población de aproximadamente 50 caficultores de diferentes corregimientos. Entre las actividades que se desarrollaron, están, la capacitación en temáticas enfocadas al mejoramiento del proceso de postcosecha como lavado, secado, despulpado, selección y empacado del grano, utilizando insumos y materiales de la finca que garanticen incremento en la calidad en el beneficio del café. | dc.description.abstractenglish | Through the internship and the accompaniment to the rural extension service of the National Federation of Coffee Growers, in the phase of benefit of special coffees, activities were carried out in the municipality of San Lorenzo, Santa Marta, framed in the transfer program technology, on specific issues related to the benefit of coffee with a population of approximately 50 coffee growers from different townships. Among the activities that were developed, are training in topics focused on improving the post-harvest process such as washing, drying, pulping, selection and packaging of the grain, using inputs and materials from the farm that guarantee an increase in quality for the benefit of the coffee.
