| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del presente proyecto aplicado, es construir el Plan Estratégico de Tecnologías de Información (PETI) del municipio de Garzón, para definir la ruta que el Municipio debe seguir durante el periodo 2021 -2024, para facilitar la transformación digital de la entidad, a partir de a partir de la planeación estratégica, el aprovechamiento de las tecnologías digitales actuales y emergentes, la normatividad vigente y los lineamientos de la Política de Gobierno Digital El municipio de Garzón Huila, no cuenta con un Plan Estratégico de Tecnologías de la Información (PETI) estructurado con los lineamientos del el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (MINTIC) por lo cual se debe construir, bajo la metodología establecida en la Guía G.ES.06 - Versión.2 de julio de 2019, lo cual garantiza su alineación con la Política de Gobierno Digital y los Principios de Transformación Digital y es el resultado final de una serie de ejercicios de Arquitectura Digital, desarrollados en sus cuatro (4) fases: Comprender, Analizar, Construir y Presentar. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this applied project is to build the Strategic Information Technology Plan (PETI) of the Garzón town to define the route that the town must follow during the period 2021 -2024, to make easy the digital transformation of the entity, from the strategic planning, and take advantage of the emerging digital technologies, current regulations and the guidelines of the Digital Government Policy. The town of Garzón Huila doesn´t have a Strategic Information Technology Plan (PETI) structured with the guidelines of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications (MINTIC), Therefore it must build under the Guide G.ES.06 - Version 2 of July 2019 metodology, which guarantees its alignment with the Digital Government Policy and the Principles of Digital Transformation and is the final result of a series of Digital Architecture exercises, developed in its four (4) phases: Understand, Analyze, Build and Present. | |
