| dc.description.abstract | El presente ensayo crítico da cuenta del análisis realizado en la Fundación Adulam y los resultados obtenidos a través de la investigación acción sociopráxica, en el marco del Diplomado en Construcción de Redes Sociales de Comunicación, que evidencia la necesidad de implementar una estrategia de red social que permita tener una comunicación participativa con procesos más dinámicos. Teórica y metodológicamente la investigación se apoyó en los diferentes planteamientos de los autores trabajados en el Diplomado en Construcción de Redes Sociales de Comunicación. La invitación es a que el lector comprenda la importancia de ser empáticos y dar amor para fortalecer las bases sociales de una excelente comunicación interna y externa. Este ensayo es efecto de la investigación acción realizada a la Fundación como del diplomado en construcción de redes sociales de comunicación. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This critical essay gives an account of the analysis carried out at the Adulam Foundation and the results obtained through socio-praxic action research, within the framework of the Diploma in Construction of Communication Networks, which shows the need to implement a social network strategy that allows to have participatory communication with more dynamic processes. Theoretically and methodologically, the research was supported by the different approaches of the authors worked in the Diploma in Construction of Communication Networks. The invitation is for the reader to understand the importance of being empathetic and giving love to strengthen the social foundations of excellent internal and external communication. This essay is the effect of the action research carried out at the Foundation as well as the Diploma in Construction of Communication Networks. | |
