| dc.description.abstract | El presente documento busca resaltar la importancia de las habilidades blandas en el desarrollo profesional del ingeniero de este siglo. Donde no solo es importante el conocimiento técnico, matemático, y de cualquier área del conocimiento, sino que también es muy importante esas habilidades que tienen que ver con la personalidad del profesional. Es decir aquellas habilidades que permiten al ingeniero integrar de buena forma un equipo de trabajo, sobrepasar aquellas dificultades que el campo laboral puede tener y un sin número de circunstancias que se pueden presentar. Como primer paso se han definido cuales son las principales habilidades blandas incorporadas por las diferentes empresas, consultando diferentes fuentes. En el siguiente paso hay varios estudios que muestran la importancia de las habilidades blandas en el desarrollo empresarial, en donde se muestra como se miden este tipo de habilidades, y cuales son los modelos para poderlas asimilar y potenciar. Finalmente se realizan las respectivas conclusiones de esta investigación. | |

Where not only technical, mathematical, and any area of knowledge is important, but those skills that have to do with the personality of the professional are also very important. That is to say, those skills that allow the engineer to integrate a work team in a good way, overcome those difficulties that the labor field may have and a number of circumstances that may arise. As a first step, the main soft skills incorporated by the different companies have been defined, consulting different sources. In the next step there are several studies that show the importance of soft skills in business development, where it is shown how this type of skills are measured, and what are the models to be able to assimilate and enhance them. Finally, the respective conclusions of this investigation are made. | |
