| dc.description.abstract | Los proyectos se diseñan para conseguir los objetivos de costos, plazo y alcance definidos para ellos, sin embargo, muchos no consiguen sus objetivos, entre otros por falta de gerencia y preparación de sus directores. Por esto han surgido metodologías y estándares en dirección de proyectos que faciliten su gestión. Existen varios organismos internacionales en dirección de proyectos que han creado y distribuido diferentes estándares, que sirven como una guía de buenas prácticas y una referencia común en dirección de proyectos.
