dc.description.abstract	La responsabilidad social empresarial, conocida como RSE, nos lleva a un compromiso de generar acciones que conllevan al mejoramiento continuo, acciones que ayudan con el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales, y ejecutando actividades que buscan el bienestar social, la estabilidad económica y el ser una compañía que respeta y quiere el medio ambiente; es por esto que a través del trabajo a continuación hemos diseñado este documento para plasmar la creación del código de ética para la empresa Meltec de Oriente, donde pudimos aplicar un plan de responsabilidad social empresarial de acuerdo a las necesidades que identificamos de la misma. Dentro de estas necesidades pudimos implementar medidas para que los trabajadores se sintieran en un sitio de trabajo más a gusto, no dudamos en tener acciones que aportaran con la conservación del medio ambiente, y no dejamos a un lado la satisfacción de tener un cliente satisfecho con el servicio prestado.

dc.description.abstractenglish	Corporate social responsibility, known as RSE, leads us to a commitment to generate actions that lead to continuous improvement, actions that help with the fulfillment of legal obligations, and executing activities that seek social welfare, economic stability and being a company that respects and wants the environment; that is why through the work below we have designed this document to reflect the creation of the code of ethics for the company Meltec de Oriente, where we could apply a corporate social responsibility plan according to the needs that we identified of it. Within these needs we were able to implement measures for workers to feel more comfortable in a workplace, we did not hesitate to have actions that contribute to the conservation of the environment, and we do not leave aside the satisfaction of having a satisfied customer with the service provided.
