| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo se muestra el desarrollo de la prueba final de habilidades prácticas de CCNA del diplomado de profundización CISCO como requisito para optar al grado de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia – UNAD. Al desarrollar esta prueba cuyo tema principal era el diseño e implementación de soluciones integradas en redes LAN y WAN, se experimentó el papel que cumple un administrador de red en tareas de configuración e implementación de los diferentes elementos que conforman una red empresarial y de los recursos a utilizar.
