| dc.description.abstract | El propósito del presente trabajo está enfocado en adoptar Herramientas para la planificación del Sistema Integrado de Gestión en la caja de compensación familiar, Compensar EPS prestación de servicio de salud, en la cual podemos encontrar servicios como aseguramiento y prestación. aplicado al área de la salud que incluye: atención humanizada, laboratorio clínico, vacunación, salud oral, plan complementario especial, terapia física y medicina general teniendo en cuenta las necesidades, expectativas, requisitos de los clientes y partes interesadas (externas e internas). Por otro lado, la entidad cuenta con certificación en ISO 9001: 2015, sin embargo, se brindarán herramientas de integración para el sistema agregando las normas ISO 14001: 2015 y 45001: 2018. | |
