| dc.description.abstract | Hoy por hoy la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial juega un papel muy importante en las organizaciones, puesto que esta ayuda a determinar su papel en un tema muy importante en la actualidad como es el medio ambiente, además de ayudar a las organizaciones a hacerse participe de programas de desarrollo comunitario y mejorar el bienestar interno para así ayudar a contribuir de manera positiva desde cada organización en sus diferentes entornos , por tal motivo el fin de este documento es proponer un plan de RSE en la organización ALUVMASTER, que se ubica en el municipio de Tuluá, valle del cauca, y se dedica a fabricar, instalar y distribuir productos en vidrio, aluminio madera, PVC, aceros inoxidables entre otros…es una empresa de herencia familiar ya que su propietario y administrador John Jairo Rivadeneira Zúñiga aprendió el arte de su padre. A través de un diagnóstico se logra evidenciar que la empresa no cuenta con un PRSE, por lo tanto, se procede a realizar un diagnóstico mediante el instrumento de la encuesta. Lo cual ayudó a determinar los objetivos y estrategias de la organización, para así crear el PRSE y crear un código de ética para complementar complemento al documento. | |
