dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo está dirigido a la empresa Urban Express la cual fue seleccionada por uno de sus trabajadores quien hace parte fundamental de este equipo de trabajo, la intención y propósito es evaluar si la compañía cumple, o no, con los lineamentos impuestos en la norma ISO 26000, y de acuerdo a los resultados informar a los directivos de la empresa para la implantación de un programa de responsabilidad empresarial, ya que de implementarla gozara de una serie beneficios que traerá a la empresa y a la marca de Urban Express.

dc.description.abstractenglishThis work is based on the Urban Express company which was selected by one of its workers and which is a fundamental part of this work team, the intention and purpose is to evaluate whether the company, or not, with the guidelines imposed in the ISO 26000 standard, and according to the results, inform the company executives for the implementation of a corporate responsibility program, since implementing it will enjoy a series of benefits that it will bring to the company and to the Urban Express brand.
