| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se encuentra centralizado en la empresa Industrias metálicas Buitrago, esta compañía está dedicada principalmente a la fabricación de productos metálicos para uso estructural. En el progreso de esta empresa se puede evidenciar que dentro de las actividades que se desarrollan en el interior de la misma, sus colaboradores se encuentran expuestos a varios peligros. Por lo anterior dentro del desarrollo del trabajo nos enfocamos en generar ciertas estrategias, así como la implementación de algunas medidas de control que permitan de una u otra manera proporcionar a los trabajadores bienestar físico, mental y social. Toda esta se deriva de la previa identificación y evaluación de cada uno de los peligros presentes en las diferentes áreas, apalancándonos en la normatividad vigente y realizando continuamente monitoreos que permitan evidenciar los avances adquiridos y los puntos que sigan exigiendo intervención. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present work is centralized in the company Industrias Metalicas Buitrago, this company is dedicated mainly to the manufacture of metallic products for structural use. In the progress of this company it is possible to be evidenced that within the activities that are developed in the interior of the same one, their collaborators are exposed to several dangers. For the above within the development of the work we focus on generating certain strategies, as well as the implementation of some control measures that allow in one way or another to provide workers physical, mental and social welfare. All this is derived from the previous identification and evaluation of each of the hazards present in the different areas, leveraging on the current regulations and continuously monitoring to demonstrate the progress made and the points that continue to require intervention. | |
