| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto nombrado “USME SIEMBRA Y COME SANO” está propuesto para que la población de la UPZ la Flora ubicada en la localidad de Usme en la ciudad de Bogotá, cuente con la participación inicial de 100 familias que estén constituidas por madres cabeza de hogar, población desempleada y adulto mayor, que quieran ser aparte del cambio y permita ser instruidas en el proyecto. Contamos con la ayuda del Estado a partir de la institución Jardín Botánico José Celestino Mutis quien ofrece programas de sostenibilidad ambiental llevando a las terrazas y jardines de las casas y el aporte de entes Internacionales para la cooperación y el desarrollo material y económico. La manera de lograrlo es por medio de huertas que se puedan hacer en los lugares donde habitan las personas, aprovechando la condición climática constante en la región, la fertilidad de sus tierras las cuales son propicias para el cultivo de hortalizas, verduras, frutas, tubérculos, aromáticas entre muchos más alimentos sanos que pueden ser incluidos en la dieta diaria de las familias. En general lo que se pretende es realizar un plan de acción viable, aprovechable, sostenible y sustentable que presente solución a la problemática, que tenga como resultado proporcionar alimentos nutritivos, sanos y agradables que mitiguen la desnutrición, la pobreza y la falta de oportunidad en los hogares. Paralelo a esto se busca aportar en la protección del planeta con la disminución de desechos orgánicos y materiales plásticos a partir de la reutilización. | |
