| dc.description.abstract | Relatar la historia y evolución de la farmacovigilancia, desde sus principios en los años sesenta, donde el detonante que hizo surgir dicha ciencia fueron las reacciones adversas a la talidomida; causante de un desastre de grandes proporciones que cambió el campo de la investigación farmacológica, porque fue aquí donde los ensayos clínicos controlados se hicieron obligatorios para comprobar la seguridad, efectividad y eficacia de los medicamentos que iban a ser comercializados. Además se describe el marco legal de la farmacovigilancia en nuestro país, sus métodos, principios, la labor del Regente de Farmacia y su relación con la materia y la evaluación de seguridad y efectividad de los tratamientos farmacológicos. | |
