| dc.description.abstract | Uno de los propósitos de los Tecnólogos en regencia de farmacia es contribuir con el mejoramiento de la salud y la calidad de vida de las persona, esto lo podemos lograr gracias a la interacción que se tiene con los usuarios del servicio farmacéutico ya que al ser las personas encargadas de la dispensación de los medicamentos con previa orden médica tenemos la responsabilidad de educar a los pacientes en el uso adecuado y almacenamiento de los medicamentos así como también las posibles reacciones adversas o problemas relacionados con los medicamentos. aunque los medicamentos se consideran seguros no todos actúan de la misma forma en todas las personas por tal motivo nuestro trabajo se deberá centrar en la información ya sea con afiches o folletos a toda la población usuaria del servicio farmacéutico sobre la importancia de reportar dichos efectos o reacciones que puedan presentar, para luego nosotros encargarnos de suministrar la información en el caso de Colombia al INVIMA quién es el ente regulador de los medicamentos, y que el instituto de vigilancia realice las acciones necesarias para prevenir futuras complicaciones. Con este proceso contribuimos al fortalecimiento de la farmacovigilancia volviéndonos parte fundamental de la red de vigilancia. palabras clave: regente farmacia, salud, población, reacción adversa, farmacovigilancia. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | One of the purposes of the Pharmacy Regency Technologists is to contribute to the improvement of people's health and quality of life, we can achieve this thanks to the interaction that we have with the users of the pharmaceutical service since, being the People in charge of dispensing medications with prior medical order have the responsibility to educate patients on the proper use and storage of medications as well as possible adverse reactions or problems related to medications. Although medicines are considered safe, not all of them act in the same way in all people, for this reason our work should focus on informing the entire user population of the pharmaceutical service about the importance of reporting said effects or reactions that they may present, so that we can then take care of supplying the information in the case of Colombia to INVIMA, who is the regulatory entity for medicines, and that the surveillance institute carry out the necessary actions to prevent future complications.
