| dc.description.abstract | La farmacovigilancia es denominada una ciencia que contiene un amplio reportorio de generalidades que la definen y la resaltan como una disciplina que detecta, evalúa, entiende y previene todos los efectos adversos o cualquier problema relacionado con los medicamentos; por lo tanto este trabajo nos permite visualizar su importancia a nivel mundial y nacional, donde se han creado programas que se unen a diferentes actores o participantes de la salud con el propósito de generar un mayor índice de seguridad al consumir algún tipo de medicamento; además revela los diferentes métodos y estrategias utilizadas para la recolección de datos, las cuales son fundamentales para detectar las diferentes reacciones adversas a los medicamentos (RAM) y recopilarlas en diferentes bases de datos para su posterior análisis; finalmente este estudio muestra la definición y los tipos de eventos adversos que se pueden presentar, al igual que el rol que tenemos como regentes de farmacia para notificar todas las sospechas graves o inesperadas generadas por el consumo de los medicamentos así como también la educación que le podemos brindar al usuario para que los medicamentos sean usados de manera certera y racional con el fin de disminuir los eventos adversos que se pueden generar por el mal uso de estos. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Pharmacovigilance is called a science that contains a comprehensive report of generalities that define and highlight it as a discipline that detects, evaluates, understands and prevents all adverse effects or any problem related to drugs; Therefore, this work allows us to visualize its importance at a global and national level, where programs have been created that join different actors or health participants with the purpose of generating a higher safety index when consuming some type of medicine; It also reveals the different methods and strategies used for data collection, which are essential to detect the different adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and collect them in different databases for subsequent analysis; Finally, this study shows the definition and types of adverse events that may occur, as well as the role that we have as pharmacy managers to avoid all the serious or unexpected suspicions generated by the consumption of drugs, as well as the education that we provide. We can provide the user so that the medications are used in an accurate and rational way in order to reduce the adverse events that can be generated by the misuse of these. | |
