dc.description.abstractEn este documento se muestra la información correspondiente al Diplomado De Profundización Gestión De La Salud Publica que tiene como finalidad la construcción de estrategias e intervenciones enfocadas en las necesidades del Departamento de Guainía en especial la “Deficiente accesibilidad a la prestación de servicios de salud en el departamento de Guainía”, ya que el acceso a los servicios de salud es muy deficiente y esto genera un poco garantía del Derecho Fundamental a la Salud, especialmente la población más distante hacia la cabecera municipal las cuales deben desplazarse por vía terrestre en mal estado o por transporte fluvial costoso, adicional a lo anterior se tiene un gran porcentaje de población indígenas. Se debe tener en cuenta que el incumplimiento de las acciones para acceder a los servicios de manera ágil y oportuna trae efectos al usuario a nivel familiar, laboral, económico, social, entre otros, inhabilitándolo no sólo a él, sino a su familia. Esta situación genera procesos de inequidad, como lo reportan varios investigadores, El acceso a los SS se ha convertido en una problemática constante, donde las leyes del mercado determinan la estructura y el funcionamiento de los mismos.

dc.description.abstractenglishThis document shows the information corresponding to the Public Health Management Deepening Diploma whose purpose is to build strategies and interventions focused on the needs of the Department of Guainía, especially the “Deficient accessibility to the provision of health services in the department of Guainía ”, since access to health services is very deficient and this generates a little guarantee of the Fundamental Right to Health, especially the most distant population towards the municipal seat, which must travel by land in poor condition or due to costly river transport, in addition to the above, there is a large percentage of indigenous population. It should be taken into account that failure to comply with actions to access services in an agile and timely manner has effects on the user at the family, work, economic, social level, among others, disabling not only him, but his family. This situation generates processes of inequity, as reported by several researchers. Access to SS has become a constant problem, where the laws of the market determine their structure and operation.
