| dc.description.abstract | La salud y seguridad de los pacientes es muy importante es por ello que desde sus inicios la Farmacovigilancia tiene sus objetivos claros, especialmente la vigilancia, efectividad de los tratamientos farmacológicos y la detección de eventos y reacciones adversas a medicamentos. El farmacéutico como profesional encargado de medicamentos juega un papel demasiado importante en los objetivos de la Farmacovigilancia ya que tiene el deber de velar por la seguridad de los medicamentos desde su compra hasta la dispensación directa a cada paciente o a cada cuidador según sea el caso, mediante la dispensación y el control de dosis el Regente de farmacia está contribuyendo directamente a la efectividad y seguridad del tratamiento farmacológico de cada paciente a su cargo, vale aclarar que más que dispensar es estar al tanto de las necesidades que cada paciente pueda tener con su tratamiento farmacológico. | |
