dc.descriptionThis article presents advances to the partial results of one of the lines of action of the project for a Sustainable Peace, from which we want to understand the concept of peace as a possibility of economic progress and coexistence in Colombia not dependent on government actions. The information was collected from secondary sources, institutional databases and other sources that analyze government policies related to the creative economy, this in order to establish the different possibilities available for the development of enterprises that contribute to a sustainable peace. The main results show that this economic proposal does not require a robust infrastructure for its development, public policies that strengthen the development of the orange economy are currently being implemented, and there is legislation that promotes the orange economy by granting tax benefitsen
dc.descriptionIntroducción: Este artículo presenta los resultados de una de las líneas de acción del proyecto Por una Paz Sostenible, desde el cual se quiere entender el concepto de paz como una posibilidad de avance económico y de convivencia en Colombia no dependiente de las acciones gubernamentales.  Metodología: Se recopiló la información a partir de fuentes secundarias, bases de datos institucionales y otras fuentes que analizan políticas de gobierno relacionadas con la economía creativa, esto con el objetivo de poder establecer las diferentes posibilidades disponibles para el desarrollo de emprendimientos que contribuyan a una paz sostenible.  Resultados: Los principales resultados muestran que esta propuesta económica no requiere de una infraestructura robusta para su desarrollo, actualmente se vienen implementando políticas públicas que fortalecen el desarrollo de la economía naranja, y existe legislación que fomenta la economía naranja otorgando beneficios tributarios.es
