| Description: | In a general framework, the displaced and environmental refugees are in a process of continuous growth, the level of application and creation of laws must be accurate, being both internally and internationally referring to the individual part and rights of each human being. There are various factors that participate in this problem or that are affected by the same situation, issues that range from a cultural, social to economic perspective. The environmental impact on society has transgressed borders and territories in various nations, so this phenomenon and social fact should be considered a priority in a local, regional, state, national and international scenario, creating and legislating in this regard as well as contemplating it in the institutional development plans. En un marco general, el número de desplazados y refugiados ambientales va en un proceso de crecimiento continuo, debido a esto, el nivel de aplicación y creación de leyes deben ser certeras, siendo tanto de manera interna como internacional referente a la parte individual y de derechos de cada ser humano. Existen diversos factores que participan en esta problemática o que bien se ven afectados por la misma situación, cuestiones que van desde la perspectiva cultural, social hasta la económica. El impacto ambiental en la sociedad ha transgredido fronteras y territorios en diversas naciones, por lo que este fenómeno y hecho social debe considerarse de prioridad en un escenario local, regional, estatal, nacional e internacional, creando y legislando al respecto además de contemplarlo en los planes institucionales de desarrollo. |
