| dc.description.abstract | En esta investigacion se planteo la elaboracion de un proyecto de emprendimiento social, que propone la elaboracion de una propuesta que ofrezca herramientas para asi poder determinar las alternativas de solución viables y factibles a la problemática planteada anteriormente que es tomar conciencia al tema de la informalidad desde las acciones concretas e incentivos que estimulen, favorecer y garanticen la formalización de los microempresarios informales. El presente trabajo de grado, estara acompañado de elementos de investigacion, basados en las necesidades y expectativas ofrecidas de los clientes potenciales y personas encargadas del sistema unico de empleo, que debe funcionar en una oficina centralizada en la cual se articule y unifique la información y se asesore, acompañe y capacite. | dc.description.abstractenglish | In this research was proposed the development of a social entrepreneurship project, which proposes the development of a proposal that offers tools to determine viable and feasible solution alternatives to the problem raised above that is to become aware of the issue of informality from concrete actions and incentives that stimulate, encourage, and ensure the formalization of informal microentrepreneurs. The present degree work will be accompanied by research elements, based on the needs and expectations offered by potential clients and persons in charge of the unified employment system, which must operate in a centralized office in which information is articulated and unified, and advice, guidance and training are provided.
