dc.descriptionThe general purpose of this study was to analyze the legal guarantees in the right to health and work in people with HIV / AIDS in Colombia. For this we started from the analysis of legal protection, in the right to health And in the right to work , the latter from the perspective of enhanced job stability, according to the development of the jurisprudence of the ConstitutionalCourt. It is a work that has been built from the investigation of the normative and jurisprudentialfoundations regarding the legal guarantees in these rights for the population with HIV / AIDS.This analysis contributes to the reflection on the protection granted in the Colombian legalregulation, especially from the access to decent conditions in health care seen in an integral way,as well as the entry and stay in the labor market in conditions of dignity and consideration forhuman rights.en
dc.descriptionEl propósito general de este estudio es analizar las garantías jurídicas en el derecho a la salud y al trabajo en personas con VIH/SIDA en Colombia, a partir de la investigación de los fundamentos normativos y jurisprudenciales sobre estos derechos y desde el análisis de la protección jurídica, considerando el derecho al trabajo con base en la perspectiva de la estabilidad laboral reforzada desarrollada por la Corte Constitucional. Este estudio contribuye a la reflexión en cuanto al amparo otorgado en la regulación colombiana, en especial sobre el acceso a condiciones dignas en la atención en salud, vista de una manera integral, así como el ingreso y estancia en el ámbito laboral, en términos de dignidad y consideración por los derechos humanos.es
