| dc.description.abstract | El asunto principal de nuestra propuesta se fundamenta en el Análisis de Situación de Salud del Departamento de Putumayo (ASIS), más concretamente en las Infecciones Respiratorias Agudas IRA en la población de niños menores de 5 años, aquí se pudo reconocer que esta problemática es la que afecta al grupo poblacional mencionado anteriormente, provocando de esta manera un incremento de la mortalidad para el año 2019; se tuvo como propósito plantear unas estrategias orientadas a la promoción de la salud y prevención de la enfermedad, de tal manera que se logre controlar y/o disminuir la situación antes mencionada, nuestra propuesta se basa en estrategias orientadas por una línea operativa guiada por el Plan Decenal de Salud Pública y la descripción del Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible el cual guía nuestra finalidad, a su vez nos apoyamos en diferentes instituciones como las Alcaldías Municipales, Personerías, Instituciones prestadoras de Salud (IPS), Entidades Prestadoras de Salud (EPS) y Líderes Comunitarios. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The main subject of our proposal is based on the Analysis of the Health Situation of the Department of Putumayo (ASIS), more specifically in the Acute Respiratory Infections ARI in the population of children under 5 years of age, here it was possible to recognize that this problem is the that affects the population group mentioned above, thus causing an increase in mortality for the year 2019; the purpose was to propose strategies aimed at health promotion and disease prevention, in such a way that it is possible to control and/or reduce the aforementioned situation, our proposal is based on strategies guided by an operational line guided by the Ten-Year Public Health Plan and the description of the Sustainable Development Goal which guides our purpose, in turn we rely on different institutions such as Municipal Mayors, Ombudsmen, Health Provider Institutions (IPS), Health Provider Entities (EPS) and Community Leaders.
