| dc.description.abstract | Se realiza un programa de farmacovigilancia que responde a las necesidades del servicio farmacéutico de Chiquinquirá, mediante la revisión en bases de datos de literatura, fuentes de investigación de organizaciones internacionales y nacionales para conocer la farmacovigilancia y los problemas relacionados con medicamentos para diseñar un manual que describa la importancia, que es y cómo se realiza la farmacovigilancia en la droguería, identificar los requisitos y los ítems que contiene un programa de farmacovigilancia para un establecimiento farmacéutico, los contenidos temáticos que debe incluir en una estrategia educativa para los usuarios del establecimiento mediante la construcción de una estrategia sanitaria para socializar el programa de farmacovigilancia a los profesionales del establecimiento acerca de la importancia de establecer cómo detectar y la notificación de reacciones adversas de medicamentos. | |
