| dc.description.abstract | La Empresa Lumiled Eléctricos e Iluminación nace de la necesidad evidenciada en el municipio de la Virginia de tener más opciones de consumo con respecto a los materiales de electricidad e iluminación, fue creada por dos hermanos emprendedores y soñadores que buscaban potencializar su idea, a su vez aportar al desarrollo empresarial del municipio. El propósito del trabajo es realizar de manera documental su plan estratégico, para el cual se conocieron los sueños, expectativas, trayectoria y metas propuestas por la empresa. Se entrega acorde al estudio realizado según su proyección y se espera que la empresa le dé la implementación que se requiere para que se potencialice con mayor reconocimiento en el mercado, muestre visiblemente su dirección y tenga una guía más clara de cómo realizar sus sueños | |
