| dc.description.abstract | el presente proyecto, se realizó en la droguería popular la 25 de la ciudad de pasto, con el fin de elaborar e implementar una estrategia de farmacovigilancia a reacciones adversas con antibióticos, con el talento humano, para ello se realiza una revisión bibliográfica de diferentes investigaciones relacionadas con el tema, seguido a ello se evalúa los conocimientos del talento humano sobre farmacovigilancia mediante la aplicación de una encuesta y a través del análisis de resultados se elabora la estrategia, esta estrategia se realiza mediante la aplicación de un taller participativo, el cual se divide en tres fases importantes, donde se logró brindar al talento humano claridad acerca de dudas relacionadas con cómo llevar una adecuada aplicación del programa de farmacovigilancia de la droguería, a continuación se da a conocer todo el proceso desarrolla en la elaboración de este proyecto. | |
