dc.description.abstract	El siguiente documento presenta una investigación en la empresa Thermochill S.A.S. donde se referencia los procesos internos desde el área de suministro de insumos, gestión de compras, manejo de almacén y por último, el despacho del producto final que la empresa comercializa, todo ello evaluando la implementación de Supply Chain Management que la empresa está implementando para la mejora y optimización de cada subproceso de las áreas ya mencionadas, resaltando que al ser una empresa pequeña, se desea implementar las metodologías y conceptos de la Cadena de Suministros en pro de agregar valor al producto para lograr impactar de una manera más importante en el mercado global.
