dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo, realizado por el Grupo 207115-49 del curso Diplomado Supply Chain Management y Logística O.G. 16-02 del 2022, está enfocado en la implementación de dicho sistema en la empresa seleccionada, Calzado Luxury con el fin de optimizar el funcionamiento de la cadena de suministro de Calzado Luxury, así como aumentar su nivel de competitividad y contribuir con su estabilidad financiera, por lo que se realizó una evaluación del estado actual de la empresa junto con un análisis de las diferentes estrategias y herramientas de innovación que fueron implementadas.
