| dc.description.abstract | Resumen Este documento representa un estudio sobre la gestión del agua en el distrito de Riohacha, especialmente referido al sistema de acueducto y alcantarillado como acción concreta para el acceso al líquido. El estudio se propuso detectar las implicaciones de la gobernanza tras un entramado de factores que pudieran incidir en la permanencia del fenómeno, referidos a prácticas culturales que pueden extender la problemática al futuro, puesto que no atiende el crecimiento demográfico, la demanda acelerada por el desarrollo turístico local ni da cuenta del mejoramiento y/o la resolución a corto o mediano plazos; acusando con ello la falta de idoneidad administrativa y un marcado déficit en los conceptos de desarrollo y desarrollo sostenible. | |

The study set out to detect the implications of governance behind a network of factors that could influence the permanence of the phenomenon, referring to cultural practices that can extend the problem into the future, since it does not address population growth, the accelerated demand for development local tourism does not account for improvement and/or resolution in the short or medium term; thereby accusing the lack of administrative suitability and a marked deficit in the concepts of development and sustainable development. | |
