dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this research study is to recognize the supply chain management systems in the selected company, Olimpica S.A. A company dedicated to the commercialization of high quality mass consumption products; it is the largest retail chain in Colombia with 100% national capital. The growth of companies is unprecedented and Supply Chain Management (SCM), emerges as a tool that allows the integration of customers, suppliers and shareholders within an organization; however, for there to be an integrated management along the supply chain, it is necessary that companies have a proper organization.
